"What Will Obama Do When the Supreme Court Strikes Down ObamaCare," U.S. News & World Reports

Regardless of what the U.S. Supreme Court says, President Barack Obama plans to move ahead with the implementation of the new healthcare law at full speed. At least that's what senior administration officials are telling people. No one knows what the court is going to do. It is widely expected they will declare unconstitutional the individual mandate that all Americans purchase some form of health insurance or face fines and penalties. They may go further, tossing out parts of the bill or, in what can only be seen as a stunning rebuke to the president and congressional Democrats, toss the whole thing out.

"Boustany Questions Obama Administration’s Use of Taxpayer Dollars on PR Campaigns," Ways & Means Committee

Congressman Charles Boustany Jr., M.D. (R-LA) requested information on how much has been spent by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) for public relations, advertisements, polling and message testing since January 1, 2008. The letter follows various news reports detailing millions in taxpayer dollars going to public relations campaigns to promote the Democrats’ health care law.

"Increase in Dependent Health Coverage Actually a Failure to Create Jobs," Ways & Means Committee

The Obama Administration today hailed the Democrats’ health care law for allegedly helping 3.1 million young Americans gain insurance coverage under a provision permitting young adults to stay on their parents’ health insurance plan until they turn age 26. However, what the Administration is unlikely to reveal is the reason so many young adults are finding it necessary to stay on their parents’ plans in the first place – the failed economic policies of the Obama Administration.
