The Debate Over ObamaCare

The CATO Institute's Michael Cannon recently wrote a letter to the editor of The Financial Times in which he succinctly rebutted why supporters of ObamaCare fail to frame the debate correctly and what the real debate over ObamaCare is about. He writes:
"The debate over ObamaCare is not between people who care and people who don’t care. It is between people who know how to help the sick, and those who don’t."
