According to The Hill, a newspaper about the happenings on Capitol Hill, Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY) has told his colleagues he does not want any further votes on ObamaCare repeal this year until after the November elections. McConnell is the leader of the Senate Republicans and his position essentially means that Senate Republicans have utterly and completely caved on any further efforts to push for repeal this year.
