Membership Dues
There are many ways to join and stand-up for your profession:
Gold Charter Member: $1000 per year. May be paid in $250 quarterly installments. Gold Charter Members will receive special recognition and be eligible for "members-only" benefits and programs.
Active member: $250 per year. Active members must be currently licensed to practice medicine in the United States.
Medical Student/Intern/Resident/Fellow: Free membership with verification of status.
Register Username and Password
We recommend physician members register a password protected identity so you can monitor and update your D4PC membership status, donation history, CME credits and other future value added services.
